‘’Sports play a vital role in the development of our nation’s youth – not only on the physical aspect, but in their overall character-building as well. It complements our well-being,” said Dr. Leonardo P. Dagum, MAPEH,Education Program Supervisor of Schools Division Office, San Juan.
