Araw ng Pag-aangat ng mga Mag-aaral sa Kinder

After two years of virtual Moving-up Celebrations, Kindergarten learners wore their best attire as they marched for "Araw ng Pag-aangat" with their parents last July 5, 2022. It was also the first face-to-face ceremony for kindergarten in the school’s history since its opening in 2019.

Schools Division Office, headed by Dr. Cecile G. Carandang, the Assistant School Division Superintendent, Dr. Buenafe Sabado, and Mrs. Ma. Luisa Anatalio, Education Program Supervisor for Kinder, were there at the momentous event. School principals, Dr. Lucila G. Artuyo from San Perfecto Elementary School and Mr. Demie S. Atienza from Pedro Cruz Elementary School also showed their support.

A total of 128 learners successfully finished Kindergarten. Among them were 67 male and 61 female pupils in which 48 were recipients of the performance-based awards. Avi Cricelle Alonzo represented the batch to deliver a thanksgiving message. She expressed her

sincerest gratitude to everyone who supported them, especially their parents and class advisers- Mrs. Cyreen Ebo, Ms. Lulu Lim, and Mrs. Veronica Dungog. She also thanked her classmates who journeyed with her and brought so much joy during their classes. Movers sang and danced to the tune of "I'm Ready to Go" to culminate the celebration.

Vice Mayor Jose Warren Villa congratulated the movers and parents as their efforts came to fruition. He also assured that the city government would be a constant partner of the Schools Division Office in delivering quality education through various services. Together with him were Councilors Francis Keith Peralta and Bea Celine De Guzman. Barangay Council through Barangay Captain Marcelino Trinidad and Committee Chair on Education, Kagawad Ufemia A. Timado were also spotted.


Both activities were successful with the help of faculty members and non-teaching personnel, the GPTA council headed by Mr. Miguelito R. Macalanda, Barangay Council headed by Hon. Marcelino Trinidad, under the guidance of the school head, Mr. Roy Dan R. Pido.
