As the epitome of excellent public service herself, the beloved mayor encouraged the newly inducted officers to be steadfast in promoting “selfless-service” for the benefit of not only the learners but also for all the stakeholders who depend on the power of education as the greatest equalizer in the society. “These responsibilities you gallantly accepted will redound to the good academic performance of our learners in San Juan. Mr. Mal-In, in conveying Dr. Ibañez’ message, challenged the officers to carry out the ideals of public service when he told them, “Public service is a public trust. You are now all our collaborative partners in promoting a greater glory of selflessly serving the youth of San Juan”.
“The odds may be hard to come by in the realm of education. But with all of you backing us up and the solid partnership we have with the Local Government Unit (LGU), we will always thrive on positivity and possibilities in education”, he added.
