It is responsive to identify school learning and teaching resource needs and supports Divisions via the Regional offices to fulfil these needs.

The LRMDS office is aligned to the office of the Curriculum Implementation Division whereas it is also aligned with the Bureau of Learning Resources in the Central Office and in the Bureau of Curriculum Development.

The LRMDS unit in the region has their own team same with the Division office, down to the school level. We also need other task in the LR unit like illustrator/graphic artist or layout artist.
